Geothermal Plant Protects Pumps

Keeping influent clean means keeping the power on in Southern California

feature-closeup

This large geothermal company needed reliable equipment in the deserts of southeastern California. Geothermal plants turn water into to steam to drive turbines. Protecting the pumps is paramount.

Keeping the inflowing water clean of debris and marine life, an IWS traveling water screen provides reliable removal with minimal labor. Debris is lifted from the water, and dropped directly into a dumpster for easy removal.
